Lilongwe Zone This past week Lilongwe Zone had 16 baptisms, 5 in the two Kauma Branches, and 11 in Lilongwe Branch. Above is a photo of the baptismal photos taken at Lilongwe Branch. For the entire year of 2013, 114 people have joined themselves to the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints in the Zambia Lusaka Mission. Like several of the Apostles have said in this past General Conference, "The Stone that is cut without hands is filling the Earth!" Returning Missionaries This week, 4 missionaries just returned from serving. Sister Wakabiya (From Woodlands Branch), Sister Maureen Chilumba (Kitwe Branch), Brother Mpoto (Lilongwe), Brother Amos Monjeza (Blantyre 2nd Branch). We are proud of their service as missionaries and even more excited for the asset they will be to missionary work in this part of the Lord's vineyard. Lusaka Zone This past P-Day, Lusaka Zone went to Eureka Park. There were many Zebras, Monkeys, Antelopes and a few Giraffes. They also enjoyed sports like football and volleyball. Below is a photo of the Lusaka Zone! Order Up! Elder Speakman enjoying a local luxurious meal in Zambia! Nshima, relish and chicken...."It's finger lickin' good!"
